The world of art and music has been profoundly impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic, leaving creative artists, including jazz musicians, in dire situations. As we emerge from this unprecedented crisis, we must face the harsh reality that many artists have lost their homes during these challenging times. In response, the International Jazz Day AZ Foundation, in partnership with local communities, is launching the groundbreaking Jazztown USA Concert Series, igniting an urgent call to action to create affordable housing for the creative arts that supports and sustains the artistic community.
